We parked our car here long term. The parking attendants answered all our questions about where to park. They helped us with our bags to the shuttle. This was a great start on our journey.
Was here for a night before catching a flight home. It's a nice hotel with some cool decor and the room I had was clean but it had s very strong perfumy/air freshener odor in it. All the staff were friendly. I ate at the restaurant there as well,cost was a slight higher for what the food was but it was good.
The number one thing that stands out with this hotel are the people. They were very customer service oriented and outstanding. From the front desk, parking valet and restaurant bartender and waiters. The pleasant interactions with them made my brief stay very enjoyable. My room was equally impressive, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to stay here for future business travel and pleasure.
Everything was great and clean, but you can hear so much around you. If you're in the restroom, you hear your neighbors conversation and/or tv. All of the doors slam when they close. You will hear footsteps getting off the elevator when you're in your room
I had a fantastic stay at this Marriott property. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. I also highly recommend the on-site restaurant—the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town! Had a little TV remote issue but thay was resolved after a few tries. Their club lounge and breakfast there were very nice.
I used their garage parking when flying out of DCA. This is the best pricing and service. I prefer this over using DCA parking. I paid half the price, rode in a comfortable shuttle, and the hotel staff and shuttle driver provide A+ service and courtesy.
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The rooms and facility are beautiful! The location is so convenient and close to the airport.
This hotel was very nice! Rooms were clean. There is a floor dedicated to conference or other events for large groups. I cant share about parking because we used a motor coach for travel. Staff was good. See videos for more information
